Pr StevePastor Steve Clingman - Interim Pastor  e-mail   

Pr. Steve started his ministry in 1984, received his Master of Divinity in Theology from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN. His personal ministry statement is: "I am called to serve, grow and lead with faith, hope and love". His areas of expertise are: preaching, stewardship and small group ministry. His most recent Call was to help two Racine   Lutheran churches consolidate into one as "Journey in Faith Church." We are grateful to him for serving at St. Luke while we are in the transition of finding a new pastor.

Michelle Kiekhaefer - Office Manager  e-mail

Michelle joined the St. Luke Staff in 1994, and has overseen the day-to-day operations of the office ever since. If you need a question answered, she's the person to talk to! 

Michelle and her husband, Terry, have three grown children; Grant, Lauren, and April.

Shelly Schulteis - Discipleship Coordinator   e-mail

Shelly joined the staff in June of 2012, and is now engaged in the important ministry of getting members of St. Luke connected with meaningful ministries that make use of the gifts God gave them.

Shelly is married to Tim and they have two children; Ethan and Violet.





MarieMarie Leafblad - Director of Youth & Family Ministry e-mail

Marie joined the staff in November of 2015. She is extremely passionate about the younger generation and loves being a part of their lives whether through sports, music, or just hanging out and laughing with them. Missions have always been a huge part of her life and she helps lead St. Luke with that passion as well. She loves to cook for friends and family, and loves hearing people's stories as a way to get to know them. No matter who you are, she'd love to have a cup of coffee with you! Marie has one "fur baby" named Chai who is the love of her life!

Stephanie joined the staff in April of 2017. She is involved in all aspects of communication at St. Luke; bulletin, announcements, newsletter, website and much more.  Any event or news you need communicated to the congregation she can do it for you.

She is married to Robert and they have four children; Mason, Carter, Emily and Lily.




Karen HorwitzKaren Horwitz - Musician   e-mail

Karen joined the St. Luke Staff in 2008, and uses her incredible musical gifts to create a worship atmosphere where all can encounter the living God! On a given Sunday, you may find her playing everything from classic hymns to "The Pink Panther"!

Karen is a caregiver for her many four-legged "children" including Madison and Tulsa.



Sandy DuehringSandy Duehring - "Spirit of St. Luke" Choir Director e-mail

Sandy joined the St. Luke Staff in 2007. She directs the adult choir, “Spirit of St. Luke”, which practices on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm.  The goal of “Spirit of St. Luke” is to share the Spirit of the Lord through music, fellowship and to accentuate thematic worship on Sundays. 

Sandy and her husband Bob have one son Rob, daughter-in-law Judy and grandson Cole. 

Jerry NelsonJerry Nelson - Property Coordinator e-mail

Jerry joined the staff at St. Luke in July of 2016 as the property coordinator. 

He is married to Charity, they have three children Kirthia, Amanda and Faith.  He enjoys softball and is an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan.
