At St. Luke, students from grades 6-8 stop attending "Sunday School" and begin attending "Discipleship Academy" classes. This is a modified version of what used to be called "Confirmation."

Guiding Principles

At its heart, Discipleship Academy is a process of diving even deeper into faith and affirming the promises made at the student's Baptism.

Our three-year program gives students the opportunity to ask the real questions that are on their minds and learn the basics about the Old Testament, New Testament, the Lord's Prayer, the Creed, and the 10 Commandments.

Don't hesitate to call or e-mail Marie Leafblad our Director of Youth & Family Ministries, with any questions you might have.
